QotD: Worst City Ever
What is the worst city you've ever been to and why?

Billings, MT-- We stopped there overnight on our way to Boise. I will never forget the abject poverty and the tons of spray painted houses with "METH-Not even once" on them. It was like Gary, IN but worse because we weren't expecting to see such degradation.
